Where do we start if there is almost no data?
With what you have. Photos of the assembly, the nameplate, approximate dimensions and a note on where the part sits are enough to begin. We will fill the gaps together.
Do you work only with China?
China is the main direction because production of the relevant range is concentrated there. Supplies from other countries are arranged where the task justifies it and the terms allow.
Who is liable under the contract?
The supply is formalised in a contract with TECHNO-IMPORT LLC, a Russian legal entity. Discrepancies are settled with us, not directly with a plant in another jurisdiction.
Why are no lead times stated on the site?
Because the time depends on the item, the route, the season and customs procedures. Universal figures mislead, so we give timescales per supply, stating the conditions under which they hold.
