What we supply

Rubber goods

Rubber goods rarely carry a part number. Usually there is a worn part, a housing and a requirement for the medium — that is enough to start.

We supply rubber goods for industrial equipment: moulded and extruded, standard and made to drawing or sample. The compound is selected for the medium, temperature and load character, not for visual similarity to the old part.

What it solves

  • The part has no number and no drawing — only a worn sample.
  • The previous compound degraded in the working medium.
  • A small batch of non-standard items is required.

What we supply

  • Moulded items: bushings, dampers, diaphragms, bellows
  • Extruded items: cords, profiles, sealing strips
  • Rubber sheet, including oil- and fuel-resistant grades
  • Industrial hoses and tubing
  • Items to drawing and to sample, subject to a feasibility review

Input data we work with

  • The sample part itself or its fragments
  • A drawing or sketch with dimensions and tolerances
  • Working medium: oil, fuel, steam, acid, alkali
  • Temperature range and load character
  • Required Shore hardness, if known

How selection works

  • We determine the polymer group by medium: NBR, FKM, EPDM, silicone and others.
  • Hardness is matched to the load character and the housing.
  • We take dimensions from the sample if there is no drawing.
  • We assess manufacturability and the minimum batch.

Parameter alignment

  • Compound, hardness and dimensions are entered in the specification.
  • For sample-based items we fix which dimensions are controlled.

Pre-shipment checks

  • Key dimensions checked against the agreed list.
  • Hardness and appearance are checked.
  • Batch marking and packing conditions are checked.

Documents

  • Supply contract and specification
  • Invoice and delivery documents
  • Material certificate where the order provides for one

Risks we remove

  • Compound failure in the medium: removed by choosing the polymer, not just the size.
  • Mismatched housing dimensions: removed by measuring the sample.

Who it suits

  • Plants with their own maintenance service
  • Operations with aggressive media
  • Buyers of non-standard items in small batches

Stages of work

01

Sample or drawing

We accept the part, its fragments, a drawing or photos with dimensions.

INPUT · SAMPLE, DRAWING
02

Measurement

We take the dimensions and determine the material group.

DIMENSIONS · HARDNESS
03

Compound

Selected for medium, temperature and load.

NBR · FKM · EPDM
04

Manufacture

Batch, tooling and lead time are assessed, then production runs.

05

Delivery

Dimensional check, packing, shipment and documents.

DIMENSIONAL CHECK

What to send for a quote

  • A sample part or a drawing with dimensions
  • Working medium and temperature range
  • Required quantity
  • Hardness and compound, if known

Questions and answers

We have no drawing, only a worn part.
This is a normal situation for rubber goods. We take dimensions from the sample, reconstruct the geometry and agree with you which dimensions are the control ones. A worn part differs from the original — that is stated separately.
What is the minimum batch?
It depends on the item and whether tooling is required. For standard profiles and sheet the batch is small; for moulded items needing a new mould the minimum is higher. Exact terms are given after a feasibility review.
How do you choose the compound?
Primarily by medium: oil and fuel are one material group, steam and hot water another, acids and alkalis a third. Then we account for the temperature range, the load character and the required hardness. If the medium is mixed we choose a material with margin on the critical parameter and say so plainly.

Send us the task — we come back with options

A drawing, a photo of the assembly, a nameplate, a part number or a description of what has to work. We review the inputs, ask what is missing and show the available options with price, lead time and differences.
