What we supply

Industrial valves

Valves are chosen by line parameters, not by appearance: body material, leakage class, actuator and documents.

We supply pipeline valves and their spare parts to the parameters of the process line. Required documents and tests are included in the agreed order scope — we do not claim checks that are not carried out.

What it solves

  • The valve was chosen by DN alone and does not hold the medium or temperature.
  • The replacement does not fit the face-to-face length of the line.
  • The actuator does not match in torque, power supply or mounting.
  • It is unclear which form of conformity assessment applies to the item.

What we supply

  • Wedge and knife gate valves
  • Wafer and gear-operated butterfly valves
  • Full and reduced bore ball valves
  • Check, control and safety valves
  • Electric and pneumatic actuators, valve trim

Input data we work with

  • Valve type and connection
  • DN and PN or pressure class
  • Process medium and temperature range
  • Body material and sealing requirements
  • Operation: manual, gearbox, actuator

How selection works

  • We match medium, temperature and pressure against the body and seat materials.
  • We verify face-to-face length, connection type and the mating flanges.
  • We calculate the required torque and choose manual or actuated operation.
  • We confirm the leakage class and the fail position on loss of power.

Example format. The set of parameters depends on the valve type and is agreed before ordering.

Parameter alignment

  • Body, seat and stem materials are fixed in the specification.
  • Differences from the original item — length, class, actuator — are stated in writing.
  • Required documents and tests are included in the order scope before it is placed.

Pre-shipment checks

  • Nameplate checked: type, DN, PN, material, batch number.
  • Travel and the extreme positions of the closure member are checked.
  • Completeness of the actuator and fasteners is checked.
  • Sealing surfaces and preservation are inspected.

Documents

  • Supply contract and the agreed specification
  • Invoice and delivery documents
  • Product data sheet and test reports in the scope the order provides for
  • Conformity assessment documents where the item falls under such requirements

Risks we remove

  • The item falls under a different form of conformity assessment than expected: established before ordering from the customs code and parameters.
  • Face-to-face mismatch: removed by checking against the line drawing before ordering.
  • The actuator does not match the site supply: checked in the datasheet.

Who it suits

  • Chief mechanic and chief power engineer services
  • Design and installation contractors
  • Water treatment, heating networks, chemical processing

Questions and answers

The valve does not fit the face-to-face length. What now?
Face-to-face length is set by the series standard, and different series of the same DN differ. So before ordering we check it against the drawing of the section or a site measurement, together with the connection type and the position of the mating flanges. If the required series is unavailable, we show which substitution needs a spool piece re-welded and which does not.
We only need valve spares, not the valve itself.
This is a routine task: seats, seals, stems, drive units and repair kits. Selection needs the valve type and model, DN, PN and, preferably, photos of the nameplate and the disassembled unit. If the model cannot be identified we work from measurements, exactly as with equipment spares.
What should we state if there is no datasheet?
The valve type, DN and PN, medium and temperature, and the method of operation are enough. We will clarify the rest together. The point of a request is to start the conversation, not to submit a flawless specification.
Do valves require conformity assessment?
Valves operating under pressure above 0.05 MPa are assessed under TR CU 032/2013: the form of assessment depends on the category, which follows from pressure, diameter and medium. For explosive atmospheres TR CU 012/2011 applies, with mandatory certification. The specific conclusion follows from the customs code and the item parameters.

Send us the task — we come back with options

A drawing, a photo of the assembly, a nameplate, a part number or a description of what has to work. We review the inputs, ask what is missing and show the available options with price, lead time and differences.
