What we supply

Spare parts and components

When a line is down, the question is not the price of the part but the cost of an hour of downtime. We search fast and confirm the parameters before shipment.

We supply spare parts and components for imported industrial equipment. Work starts with identifying the item: by part number, by equipment documentation, by drawing or from the part itself. Supply scope and technical requirements are agreed before the order is placed.

What it solves

  • The item is discontinued while the equipment is still in service.
  • Marking is worn, the part number is unknown, documentation is gone.
  • The previous supplier stopped shipping and a replacement has to be justified technically.
  • Offers from different suppliers are not comparable.

What we supply

  • Rolling and plain bearings, housed units
  • Gearboxes, geared motors, couplings and drive components
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics: pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses
  • Wear parts: liners, blades, sprockets, chains
  • Parts to drawing or sample, subject to a feasibility review

Input data we work with

  • Part number and description, if known
  • Equipment manufacturer, model and serial number
  • Photos of the assembly from two or three angles, ideally with a ruler in frame
  • A photo of the nameplate, even a partly legible one
  • Overall and mating dimensions measured on site
  • Operating conditions: medium, temperature, load, speed

How selection works

  • We identify the item from the data provided and clarify what is missing.
  • We check whether the original is still produced and when it is available.
  • We match factory equivalents comparable in material and dimensions.
  • If the item is discontinued we assess manufacture to drawing.
  • We present the options side by side: price, lead time, differences, risks.

Example format. The set of parameters depends on the item type and is agreed before ordering.

Parameter alignment

  • Material, dimensions, fit and accuracy class are fixed in the specification.
  • Differences from the original and their acceptability are stated separately.
  • The specification is agreed before payment and forms part of the contract.

Pre-shipment checks

  • Marking and actual dimensions are checked against the specification.
  • Scope of supply and accompanying documents are checked.
  • Inspection for corrosion traces and mechanical damage.
  • Photo and video records by agreement, in the scope recorded in the order.

Documents

  • Supply contract with a Russian legal entity and its specification
  • Invoice and delivery documents
  • Packing list and transport documents
  • Material certificate where the order provides for one

Risks we remove

  • The wrong item arriving: removed by confirming parameters before shipment.
  • Incomparable offers: removed by a single comparison format.
  • A dispute with a plant in another jurisdiction: the contract is concluded in Russia.

Who it suits

  • Maintenance and mechanical services
  • Procurement departments with a regular spare-parts programme
  • Service companies maintaining customer equipment

Questions and answers

We do not know the part number. Can you still find it?
This is our main working format. Photos of the assembly from two or three angles, the equipment nameplate, overall dimensions and a description of where the part sits and what happened to it are usually enough. We confirm whether a match is possible after reviewing this data — we do not promise it in advance.
Original or equivalent — what do you offer?
Both, with the difference explained. For each item we show the original, a factory equivalent and, where applicable, manufacture to drawing — with price, lead time and the differences stated. You decide; our job is to give you the grounds.
Do spare parts require permits?
It depends on the item. Under Article 7 of TR CU 010/2011, components and spare parts for machinery used in repair and maintenance are not subject to conformity assessment. Cases of import without a conformity document are set out in EEC Council Decision No. 130 of 12 November 2021. There are exceptions: equipment for explosive atmospheres and elements subject to pressure above 0.05 MPa. The conclusion is drawn from the specific customs code, the purpose and the operating conditions.
Can we order a package for an annual maintenance programme?
Yes. Items are consolidated into a single shipment, which lowers logistics cost per unit and allows production to be planned in advance rather than in a rush. The list and dates are tied to your maintenance schedule.
What happens if the wrong item arrives?
The discrepancy is recorded in a report with photographs, after which a claim is filed with the supplier. Liability towards you rests with the Russian legal entity under the supply contract. The procedure and timescales are set by the contract — we make no blanket promises about replacement times.

Send us the task — we come back with options

A drawing, a photo of the assembly, a nameplate, a part number or a description of what has to work. We review the inputs, ask what is missing and show the available options with price, lead time and differences.
